Basic Lease Fees
- Individual Private Apartment
- One bedroom, one bath apartment - $2,925.00/ month plus Level Fee
- Companion Suites
- Private bedroom, private bath - $2,390.00 - $2,610.00
- Private bedroom, shared bath - $1,895.00 / month plus Level Free
Levels of Assisted Living Services and Fees
Entry Level - Included in regular lease price
The resident will receive twenty-four hour monitoring by qualified caregivers, assistance monitoring medications, and assistance with bathing and dressing in the form of verbal prompts.
Level I -- $200.00 / month plus lease fee
In additon to Entry Level care, the resident will receivedining and activities reminders as well as occasional escort to meals, beauty shop, and activities. Hands-on assistance with bathing and dressing.
Level II -- $350.00 / month plus lease fee
In addition to Entry Level and Level I care, the resident will be provided a dining and activities escort and will be assisted in reality orientation. This level includes bathing and dressing and minimum assistance with personal bathroom needs (the use of adult Depends).
Level III -- $450.00 / month plus lease fee
In addition to previous levels of care, this level will include more frequent attention of caregivers' monitoring time, helping with toiletry, bathing, escort service to meals, activities, reality orientation. After this level, it may be necessary to seek a highter level of care in a health care facility.
